Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by emailing contact@nutriforce-us.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to each individual charge, starting from the delivery date of that shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
